Hello fellow Probation Officers,

 We are entering a year of great challenges filled with lots of change.
 Some wise old PO told me once that if I couldn't handle change, I was in
 the wrong business. Apparently, I am in the right business after all. The
 changes ahead are very dramatic as the adult justice system is undergoing
 the most radical changes in recent memory. It is my hope that we all
 embrace the changes ahead in a professional, competent manner. 
 The goal of our association is to promote the interests of our members to
 the greatest degree possible.
